- DARK CHOCOLATE:This chocolate is dark in color and bitter sweet in flavor. Ready to use for the professional or novice in the making of chocolate. Ideal for baking, ganache, molding, dipping, hollow figures or just eating as it is.Our chocolate is ideal for both home and commercial fountains.
- PERFECT BLEND:These fountain chocolates button chips are made for deliciousness. Already extra cocoa butter (cocoa butter comes from the cocoa bean) added to the chocolate, therefore no need to add any oil to make it flow in your fountain.
- Our little drops of heaven are made gluten free. Therefore, our chocolate buttons are suitable for vegetarians.
- Suggestion :Due to weather conditions mostly in warmer/summer months the chocolate buttons may congeal together forming a block/slab of chocolate. This is completely out of our control as these are delivered in normal vans without refrigeration and does not affect the functionality of the chocolate whatsoever. If this happens it just needs to be broken down into smaller pieces and can be melted the normal way and it's ready to use.
