Resposta: LR44 are alkaline, SR44 are Silver Oxide but both are used for the same thing. I use these in my Canon A1 camera and they're fine. If you were to disassemble these batteries you will find 4 LR44 batteries in series giving the 6v. -

Resposta: I bought these batteries for a dog training aide, so i do not have any idea what else they will fit, but i do know that alkaline batteries replaced mercury batteries so if the size is right and you need 6 volts they should do the job. -
