Nintendo Games 217642 Editorial Review
The customer experiences surrounding the Yo-Kai Watch game for the Nintendo 3DS have been predominantly negative, as evidenced by feedback from users. A common theme is the frustration caused by the region lock feature of the game, which renders it unusable for customers in North America, including Canada and the U.S. Many purchasers were disappointed to discover that this crucial detail was not openly disclosed prior to their purchase, leading to feelings of being misled. The inability to play the game due to the Console's failure to read the cartridge has further exacerbated the dissatisfaction, as customers reported their machines being unresponsive to the game. The lack of timely and effective customer service directly contributed to the overall sentiment of dissatisfaction among users, with some indicating that they had not received any assistance after attempts to resolve their issues. Overall, the reception of Yo-Kai Watch encapsulates a mix of disappointment and frustration due to its misleading marketing regarding compatibility and its malfunctioning state, leaving many customers feeling unfulfilled with their purchase. **
