    Resposta: Yes, depending on child’s age and size of fingers. If the child is too small or has small hand/fingers try to measure on the child’s big toe.

    Resposta: No, it doesn't. But luckily it has a low oxygen inducator.
  • Pergunta: Where is it made?

    Resposta: I think the parent company is in Germany and they seem to have branches all over the world.
  • Pergunta: The product doesn't switch on, even after replacing the batteries with brand new ones. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Resposta: I haven't had the problem but the design of the battery compartment contacts is misleading, they look as though both batteries go in with the positive terminal the same way but they do not. In fact, you have to put one of the batteries in with the base connecting with what looks like the positive terminal on the oximeter - the correct direction of one of the cells is counter-intuitive but the correct orientation is that embossed on the inside of the battery compartment. Apologies if this is obvious but just thought it's a possible issue.

  • Pergunta: Does this unit beep when used and if so can you silence them?

    Resposta: Good Day, It's a simple device intuitive to operate and if it beeps mine doesn't it does what it's meant to do just displays the reading in an easy to read format... The instructions aren't clear but you can go to the main website and download a 'Pdf' file which will give you far more information. I haven't bothered but I'm sure it can do much more depends on how far you want to configure the device. This device came in at a good price it's well made sturdy and works for me. If you require more in-depth information go to the manufacturer's website and it will explain all the bells and whistles. I do hope my advice helps. Thanks, Star - Lord
