Elitech Loget5-THE Editorial Review
The Elitech LogEt5TH is a USB temperature and humidity data logger that has received mixed reviews from customers. While many users appreciate its ease of operation and accurate measurements, significant concerns regarding its software and customer support overshadow these positives. According to various reviews, the device is praised for its accuracy, achieving a margin of error of approximately ±0.3°C to ±0.5°C, which is impressive for its price range. Furthermore, the logger boasts a substantial memory capacity of 32,000 data points, making it suitable for long-term monitoring. Users find the automatic generation of PDF and CSV reports convenient for data analysis, especially since they can easily manipulate these files using Excel. The logger also features an integrated USB port, eliminating the need for external cables. However, the experience with the accompanying software is frustrating for many users. Numerous complaints highlight the software's chaotic interface, language inConsistencies, and outdated versions, which make it difficult to operate the device effectively. Users have expressed dissatisfaction with having to rely on confusing instructions and poor support; many have reported delays or a complete lack of response from the manufacturer's customer service regarding queries and issues. This has led to significant challenges in setting up the logger, as it cannot record data without the software, leaving some users feeling stuck and disappointed. Despite its strong operational capabilities, the overall user experience is marred by these software-related issues and a lack of reliable customer support, leading to a highly mixed reception of the product. ###
