The sizing for the shirt is based on measuring the chest area and is made of stretchy yarns which should fit snuggly throughout the whole torso. Children may need to be remeasured and size up as they grow. The shirt is great for children with sensory and hyperactivity issues, temperature compromise and who have trouble focusing. While some customers found the shirt to be itchy and too warm, others found it to be a good compression garment at a good price.
