Also known as INCRA Jig Kuwait, this tool has been reissued in its original form, and it's still the best jig you can find today with the same qualities that made it a knockout twenty years ago. The Original INCRA Jig consists of only two moving parts, the locking knob and single-piece upper carriage. The jig is designed to be as simple and reliable as your favorite hammer, but with a positioning accuracy and repeatability of 1/1000-inch, it's much more accurate than working by eye alone.

The rigid, glass-reinforced resin body consists of upper and lower halves and provides 8-inch solid fence travel. Our patented incremental racks are installed where the halves of the jig meet, with each rack offering hundreds of teeth on a precise 1/32-inch spacing. When the clamping knob is tightened, the teeth mesh, causing the fence and carriage to center up on perfect multiples of 1/32-inch quickly and accurately. You can easily produce equally spaced or variably spaced 3/8-inch box joints and dovetails by adding a fence and a couple of simple fixtures.

Plus, the 1/2-inch dovetail template can be made half-blind, through, sliding, or corner post. With the INCRA Master Reference Guide, you can also choose from 11 box joint templates and 29 dovetail templates to produce billions of joinery variations, giving you endless woodworking possibilities. The Original INCRA Jig is suitable for any repetitive cutting operations such as grooving and fluting. Adding a fence with a larger router bit opening makes it simple to remove material in controlled steps when doing everyday edge forming operations.
