According to customers it is the perfect guard to keep you warm and comfortable. It has the right thickness and does not interfere with the suit, making it convenient to use. However, some customers have complained about the size chart and how it does not provide enough options to choose from. Several customers have received a much smaller size than they ordered, which makes them uncomfortable and ultimately rendering the neck protector useless. Unfortunately, some of the customers never got any response when they complained about the issue.
