Resposta: Yes, a size 8 Super X plate is recommended for a Men's size 12 boot. -
Pergunta:
Are these removable? I want to put them on my Doc Martens but still wear them as regular boots.
Resposta: Definitely not. Mounting boots (skate boots, actual boots, tennis shoes, whatever) requires drilling holes into the boot (or shoe). You can remove them, but then you'd be left with holes in your Doc's. Obviously that would not be good on rainy/snowy days. If you truly want to skate your Doc's, the only option is to get another pair and keep one as normal shoes and set the other up for skating. -

Will it fit on Chicago skate to replace plastic frame with these metal ones?
Resposta: No, they don't fit. But I had to drill holes in my Chicago skates just so they can fit, so you gotta make it work. -

Resposta: Super X plates are the same weight as made several decades ago.
