Although it does not come with screws and covers, it installs over the top of the plate and still firmly fastens into place. The frame is black with black letters, although some customers were confused by an incorrect image showing red letters. One pack contains one frame, but a two-pack is also available. The customers generally liked the product and thought it looked great on their Jeep, with a few negative comments about the price and quality. One common issue was that the bottom bezel was thick and blocked the DMV stickers in some states, which required modification.
