What is the material of this bottle holder?
Resposta: This bottle holder is made of 7050 aluminum alloy. -

Resposta: No, the package only includes one water bottle cage holder. -

How much weight can it hold with two 32oz bottles and cages?
Resposta: These did not hold up for me through an initial ride with two bottles. -

How does this attach to the saddle?
Resposta: There is a metal plate behind it that mounts two bolts. -
Pergunta:
Will it fit between the top of the bag and the saddle? How far do the brackets jut out behind the saddle?
Resposta: I took a flat steel bar and drilled two holes on it. Then I sandwiched the steel bars for the saddle between the flat steel bar and the bottle holder. I used two screws and nuts to tighten down the bottle holder to the flat bar. It holds very well. It sticks out about 4 inches. -
Pergunta:
Would it be possible to bend the rails so that the mounts are facing the sides instead of the rear?
Resposta: Not really. The way they lock on the seat is built into them facing backwards. -
Pergunta:
Has anyone bent these to change the angle?
Resposta: You can change the angle on them. But I recommend once you do, keep that new angle. Changing the angle more than two times will weaken the metal.
