The product being reviewed is a coffee pot that can also be used to make hot water for tea, cocoa, and instant coffee. According to the customers, it is easy to use - simply fill with water, plug in, and have hot water available all day long. It is also easy to clean, requiring only a quick rinse before refilling with water the next morning. One customer mentioned using this coffee pot for a church event and said it was a wonderful item. They even had people offer to lend them their own pots for the event. Another customer used it for a feed the homeless event and said it worked great. In terms of performance, one customer compared it to their Gevalia pot and said the coffee had a better flavor with this coffee pot. They concluded that it is a "keeper" and wished everyone happy holidays. However, there were a couple of negative experiences shared by customers. One person had to wait for their order to arrive, which took two weeks longer than expected. They advised being careful when choosing a shipping company.
