EZDIY-FAB Wall Controls Editorial Review
Overall Customer Experience: Customers have had a mixed experience with the EZDIY-FAB Fan hub X. While some customers found it to be easy to use and install, others received products with open boxes or missing pieces. Many customers also reported that their units failed after a few weeks or months of use. One customer even reported smelling burnt electronics coming from the unit once it stopped working. Despite reaching out to customer service, many customers found the process of obtaining a refund or replacement to be difficult. The EZDIY-FAB Fan hub X is marketed as a simple solution for controlling multiple fans in a PC build. However, customers have reported several issues with the product, including missing pieces, faulty units, and poor customer service. While some customers were able to get the hub working with a bit of troubleshooting, many ultimately chose to return or replace the product. Given the issues reported by multiple customers, it may be best to look into other fan controllers from more established brands.
