Perguntas e respostas do cliente

  • Pergunta: What types of LED strips are compatible with this 24 Key LED Strip Controller?

Resposta: This 24 Key LED Strip Controller is compatible with a variety of RGB LED strips, including 2835, 3528, and 5050 types. These LEDs are widely used for decorative lighting in homes, events, and commercial spaces. With this controller, you can easily adjust colors and brightness to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
  • Pergunta: How does the IR remote controller work with the LED strip?

Resposta: The IR remote controller functions by sending an infrared signal to the LED strip controller when a button is pressed. This allows you to change colors, adjust brightness, and select different lighting modes from a distance. It's perfect for creating a dynamic atmosphere without needing to access the controller directly, making it ideal for use in larger spaces or when the strips are mounted high.
  • Pergunta: What power supply is needed for this controller and its compatible LEDs?

Resposta: The unit requires a DC 12V 3A Power Supply, which provides sufficient energy to run the connected RGB LED strips seamlessly. This power adapter ensures that all connected lights receive a stable current for consistent performance. Using the specified power supply is crucial for maintaining efficient operation and avoiding potential damage to the controller and LED strips.
  • Pergunta: Can I control multiple LED strips with one controller?

Resposta: Yes, this controller allows you to connect multiple LED strips, as long as the total current does not exceed 3A. It is an effective solution for larger lighting projects or when you want to synchronize multiple colors in different areas of your home or office. This means you can create cohesive designs across various spaces by controlling multiple strips from one remote.
  • Pergunta: Is it possible to change the lighting effects with the remote?

Resposta: Absolutely! The IR remote control features 24 different keys that allow you to cycle through various lighting effects and colors. You can choose from solid colors, fading modes, and strobe effects, enhancing your ambient lighting to suit different moods and settings. This versatility makes it ideal for use during parties, celebrations, or even for relaxing environments.
  • Pergunta: How should I install the LED strip and controller?

Resposta: To install the LED strip and controller, first determine the desired location for your LED strips and ensure that the surface is clean and dry. Next, peel off the adhesive backing from the LED strip and stick it along your chosen path. Connect the strip to the controller, and then plug the power supply into an outlet. Once connected, use the remote to control your new lighting setup easily.
  • Pergunta: Can this controller be used for outdoor LED strips?

Resposta: This specific controller is designed for indoor use. If you have outdoor RGB LED strips, make sure to use a controller designed for outdoor environments to ensure durability and protect against weather elements. Indoor controllers may not withstand moisture or extreme temperatures, so select carefully based on your installation location.
  • Pergunta: What is the range of the IR remote control?

Resposta: The IR remote control typically has a range of about 10 to 15 meters, depending on obstacles and the environment. This range allows quick adjustments to your LED lights without needing to move close to the controller. However, ensure there is a clear line of sight to the receiver for optimum performance, especially when using it in larger rooms.
  • Pergunta: Where can I buy the 24 Key LED Strip Controller in Mozambique?

Resposta: You can purchase the 24 Key LED Strip Controller, Wireless Rectifier Control Box, IR Remote Controller, and the DC 12V 3A Power Supply Plug Adapter from Ubuy in Mozambique. Ubuy offers a wide range of e-commerce products, ensuring a reliable and convenient shopping experience.

GALYGG LED Strip Lights NO1 Editorial Review

The 24 Key LED Strip Lights IR Remote Controller has garnered mixed reviews from customers, reflecting a range of experiences with its functionality and effectiveness. While many users appreciate the product's compatibility with existing LED strips and its ease of use, others have encountered serious problems with the controller and power supply. On the positive side, several customers found success with the product, successfully illuminating their LED strips and enjoying the variety of colors available. It was particularly praised for its functionality in making existing setups more versatile, specifically in applications such as classroom decoration and display cases. Many users mentioned that the initial use was satisfactory, indicating that the product works well when it functions as intended. However, the product’s reception is overshadowed by reports of significant issues. Numerous customers noted that the controller failed to power the LED lights properly, with symptoms like dim lighting, limited color options (only red working), or even complete inability to turn on the lights. These challenges led to frustration, particularly when time-sensitive projects like classroom setups went awry. Despite these issues, commendable customer service from the seller, including prompt refunds, has been highlighted as a positive aspect that somewhat mitigated dissatisfaction. In summary, while the 24 Key LED Strip Lights IR Remote Controller possesses potential and has satisfied some users, there are notable reliability issues that can significantly hinder its performance. **
