- True RMS test supported: With True RMS function, Can measure a variety of parameters. Multimeter can measure AC/DC voltage, AC/DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, continuity, diode, etc.

Answer: It would be possible to record the solar charger output, but the meter isn't designed specifically as a data logger. It might be difficult to get working, depending on how long you want to record for. -

Answer: No, it does not come with a Bluetooth adaptor. It works fine with a PC's inbuilt Bluetooth and also on iPhone/iPad.
