The refillable coffee pod for use with the Dolce Gusto machine has been met with numerous negative reviews. Many customers have reported that the product does not work as advertised, with issues including the pod not being pierced, the machine just filling up with hot water, and not fitting in the Dolce Gusto machine at all. In addition to not working with Aldi capsules as advertised, it has also been reported that it doesn't work with any other capsules that were purchased, making this product quite useless. Furthermore, the lack of product information has been criticised, leaving customers feeling misled and frustrated. This product has been regarded as a total rip-off, and several customers have had to return it.
