The highest point of the faucet is 15 3/4" from the base, and it doesn't come with a 3-hole plate, which needs to be purchased separately. The pull-down sprayer securely goes back into place with the help of a strong magnet. The faucet handle can be mounted either towards the front and to the right or in front. The faucet will shut off automatically after 4 minutes, and its touch function is only in the body of the faucet, not the pull-out head. The faucet comes as it is and does not include the deck cover for three-hole sinks, which needs to be ordered separately. Arctic stainless, the color of the faucet, has a warmer tone and is less shiny compared to chrome. The faucet has known issues with the VoiceIQ feature, and some users have experienced problems with the battery holder popping open frequently, causing water to stop. Some users have also had issues with leaks when using the faucet at less than full power.
