Answer: Unshackle the lock (default code should be all zeroes), pull the TSA key lock tumbler outward and twist one-quarter turn. Set the new combination by aligning numbers with red hash marks on the lock body. Write down the new combo, twist the tumbler until it retracts back into the lock body, reshackle the lock, and push the tumbler to ensure you can unlock the lock with the new combination. If the steps fail, consult the manual. -
